Digital support after 65

Someone to ask,
day or night.

A patient digital helper on the phone and tablet that answers at any hour and never rushes anyone. When a question can't be solved that way, one of our own people takes over. And the family hears about what matters.

  • Android and iPhone
  • No lock-in contract
  • First month free
An older woman smiles at her smartphone in her living room while her daughter points at the screen beside her.
Márta, 74 — “I can ask at ten in the evening. I don't feel I'm bothering anyone.”

What it helps with

Everyday life, not technology

Not a course. It solves whatever is in the way today — however many times you ask.

Everyday admin

Online banking, transfers, government portals, prescriptions, appointments. Guided step by step — and we never ask for a password.

Scam checks

A strange text, call or email? One tap and we check it. The family is notified immediately if it was an attempted scam.

Reminders

Medication, doctor's appointments, bills. In large type, out loud, and as many times as needed.

Daily check-in

One short question a day, and the family can relax. Off by default: your parent switches it on if they want it, and can stop it at any time. We never turn it on for them.

Devices and settings

Bigger text, louder ringtone, a tidy screen, updates, backups. Guided over the phone or on screen.

Live family help

If they would rather ask their own family: one button rings the family, and whoever is free picks up. Video calls and photos live here too. Included in the Basic plan.

How it works

Three steps, and it works

You do the setup, not your parent. All they have to do is ask.

You set it up

Download the family app and invite your parent. Their phone gets the parent app: large type, one button.

You try it together

Ask the first question together, so your parent can see there is nothing to break and no need to hurry.

From then on, any time

Morning, evening, weekends. If the helper can't solve it, a person takes over. You see afterwards what happened.

Two apps

One service, two very different screens

Deliberately not the same interface. What works for a parent is too little for their child, and the other way round.

  • Parent app: one screen, one task. Large type, large buttons, a label beside every icon. No hidden menu, and nothing that disappears on its own.
  • Family app: a familiar, denser interface. A timeline of what happened, immediate scam alerts, a weekly report, subscription management.
  • Both available on Android and iPhone from the first release.

An older man looks at a tablet at his kitchen table while a colleague explains something patiently.

There is a person at the end of it

There is always a person at the end — on Basic too

Some situations need more than a set of instructions. Nobody is left alone with those: a background-checked colleague takes over the conversation. That is not an upgrade — it is the base of the service. A safety net doesn't go behind a paywall, not even when the net is a person.

  • In every plan: if the helper gets stuck, a colleague takes over — on Basic too, just not a pre-assigned person and not with priority.
  • On Premium: your parent gets a named helper who appears with face and name on their phone, in the same list as the family. Not a separate menu, not an emergency button — simply one more face in the row.
  • Criminal record check, personal interview, internal training. They never ask for a password.
  • On Premium it happens with priority and over video, with guided admin support.
  • The family still sees afterwards what happened.

The people who take over

Not a rotating support desk

When a person takes over, the family sees their name and face. A small team, not a call centre.

What we don't do

This is not surveillance

Your parent's private life stays theirs. We don't show you what they write to whom, and we don't track where they go.

  • The daily check-in is off by default: your parent switches it on if they want it. We never turn it on for them.
  • Nobody sees their screen unless they press the Help button. It never starts on its own, and can be stopped at any time.
  • You see when they asked for help and what it was about. Not the content.
  • The service never makes a financial decision on your parent's behalf, and nobody ever asks for a password.

For family

They shouldn't have to ask you. But you should know what matters.

Most subscriptions are not bought by the parent but by their 40 to 60 year-old child — someone who wants their parents to keep up, but cannot be on call every evening.

  • A timeline: when they asked for help, what it was about, whether it was resolved.
  • An immediate alert if there was an attempted scam.
  • A weekly report on Premium, by email too if you prefer.
  • You pay, they use it. Works from abroad, with a foreign card — the time difference stops mattering.

Common questions

What people ask us most

Is my parent talking to a machine or a person?

By default to a digital helper that is available at any hour, is endlessly patient, and will explain something as many times as needed. We don't hide it: the screen shows at all times whether the digital helper or a colleague is speaking. When something comes up that the helper can't solve, a colleague takes over — and we say so when it happens. We never pretend to be a person when we are not.

What happens when the helper can't solve it?

Then a person takes over — in both plans, on Basic too. Hand-over is not an upgrade: a safety net doesn't go behind a paywall. What Premium adds is that a pre-assigned, named helper takes over, someone your parent knows by face and name, reachable with priority and over video, with guided admin support.

Does my parent have to learn an app?

They have to remember one button. You do the setup, and you ask the first question together. That is the whole learning curve.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. Both apps are available on Android and iPhone from the first release. A few functions work differently on iPhone because of platform limits; we spell that out before you download, not in the small print.

Will you ask for passwords?

Never. We guide your parent through each step, but they type the password themselves. The service never makes a financial decision for them: transfers and purchases are always approved by them.

Will I see what my parent does on their phone?

No, and that is deliberate. You see when they asked for help, what it was about, and if there was an attempted scam. The daily check-in is optional and your parent can switch it off.

The first month is free, and commits you to nothing

Five minutes of setup, and your parents will know they can ask at any time, without bothering anyone.
